Armas got the "To Scoff at Three" trait when he was hit by his third unbuffered gate strike, which was a "Conduit Rank 3" event. The "Conduit Rank 2" event happened in Ito's old dojo. It is logical that the "Conduit Rank 1" event happened while Armas was on the mission for the goblins which was removed from his memory.

The day Armas thought was November 1st is actually October 25th. It has to be that date, or else the entire calendar gets out of synch by a full week. Armas actually goes through the entire last week of October thinking it's the first week of November, and apparently believes that Halloween falls sometime in the middle of November.

Considering that this is Armas, such a mistake is plausible.
