I cannot recommend posemaniacs, it's not a good source. The figures do not display the natural weight, mass and muscle tone you would get from real models.

Posemaniacs is only good for figuring out a pose, not learning to draw.

Well, I dunno, you've come a long way so far. In a year or two, you will really appreciate all the practice undertaken in these 'humble beginnings,' provided that you don't ever give up. Another two years beyond that, you will have grown significantly further, and so on. Just practice every day you can.

Jesus fucking Christ, that second one is good. I know it's about 'anthro' art, but it covers both the basics of animal and human construction, as well as going into more advanced topics like defining 3-dimensional volumes. Really, a worthwhile read for anyone. I uh, don't really have any art tutorial images that aren't in the help and advice thread already, or aren't about more advanced painting or something.
