You awaken to flickering numbers searing themselves deep into your eyes. Unconsciously, you shut your complaining eyes and curse loudly or try too. Your feel your mouth move but your ears hear no noise. As you hastily sit up, you hear a tinkling sound as your hand brushes across the soft carpet that covers your bedroom floor. It takes you just a second to comprehend that information and quickly swivel to find the source of the noise: glass litters the floor to your left, only visible due to the light from the alarm clock causing it to shine a blood red hue.
As your night vision recovers, you see that the rest of your room is completely clean: there is no longer any furniture or bed and two feet to your right yawns the soft carpet disappears replaced by a pocked surface. Across that is the door that leads to the kitchen of your flat.

What do you do?

Remember name, gender, what you were doing when you were last awake.

Then find a phone and call the police.

Your name is Alex, male. As for what you were doing before you went to sleep, you remember just watching some television and then reading a book before heading to sleep. Nothing major.

>>106641

It looks like the carpet burn away, like acid dripped onto it from somewhere. Our clothes are fine: a pair of jeans and a plain but snazzy t-shirt.

You stand up and begin gingerly making your way across the marked floor hearing it creak and feeling it bend slightly underneath your weight. Whatever destroyed the carpet must have seeped down into whatever holds up the floor. Eventually you open the door to the kitchen and click on the light.

Only to find that it is...completely fine? The floor is unmarked and straight in front of you is your kitchen, untouched. You rush to the phone set into the wall next to your shiny new fridge and quickly dial 911.

After a few seconds a voice comes on the phone: "Hello 911, who is this?"

What do you want to say?

First, give your address.
Say that you woke up and found your room was trashed and the furniture missing, and some kind of acid burn in the floor. You're scared that whatever did it might still be around.

You try to say your name and address but no sound comes out even though your mouth is moving.

"Sir?" Says the voice on the phone which you make out to be a woman's. "Sir? Alright, sir, if you can hear me a patrol car is on their way to check up on you. If you are in shock, please place your feet above your head if you can."

Behind you and to the left is the door to your bathroom; straight behind is the door back to your bedroom which you left open. Behind and to the right is your lounge with the door leading outside your flat at the far end.

What do you do?

You head into the bathroom to find a mirror to check your neck. As you inspect yourself, you can find nothing wrong as you poke at your throat. Its only when you bring your hand up to your mouth do you realize the problem: you aren't breathing.

You can't remember dating any vampires recently; not that they exist.
You go through the motions of breathing but, even as you breathe in air, your chest doesn't move nor do you feel any pressure on your abdomen. Its not that you're not breathing; it seems more like you can't breathe.

You take a second to collect yourself leaning against the porcelain sink with has your toothbrush and various other hygiene products scattered around its side.

>>106859

In a last ditch effort to find something reassuringly normal, you place two fingers on your neck to check to see if you have a pulse just like they showed you back in middle school. And you feel one but it isn't....instead of the rhythmic beating of the heart, it feels almost like something is occasionally sloshing against your skin from the other side. As you cannot hyperventalate, you instead try and throw up but to no avail. However, this motion does allow you to notice that the toothbrush that was on the sink a second ago is now missing.

What do you do?

You touch your fingers to your eyes testing for dreaming but you cannot find anything out of the ordinary. Next up, you place your finger nail against the side of your mouth and pull it sharply out; for only a split second you see a black-green glob which quickly fades away back into your hand. You hesitantly check your ears as well; only to find that my insides no longer exist which to be honest is what you were expecting.
You attempt to wake up but one cannot wake from a reality no matter how horrible it is.

>>106905

You wander back into the kitchen almost on auto-pilot and find the set of post-its that he always leaves in the third draw down. You quickly write down your situation on one and leave on the countertop for later.

>>106914

You pick an apple out of the green, plastic fruit bowl next to the fridge and take a bite and then another. You can't remember food but this tastes much like something else.

What do you do now?

The glob faded through the skin; your fingernail is fine.

You slowly eat the apple; you feel the strange material on the other side of your skin rush up to meet the apple and bring it in pleasure for oblivion. You no longer have to chew it seems; testing your mouth you find you only actually have teeth upto your first molar after that it is only things that I should not have.

>>106943

You take the sticky note and step next to the door. You can hear the sound of heavy metal from the other side. Your neighbor never shut up that music even at 3 a.m. The weight of the post-it is still there on your finger tips, unshaped.

Wait or anything else?

You leave the first post-it on the bartop that separates the kitchen and the lounge, picking up the the main body of post-its as an improptu journal.

As you move around your house, you leave notes.

*Toothbrush was here.* You place in the bathroom taking time. The bathroom floor is tiled in white; other than the sink, the only major objects are the toliet which sits next to it and the shower that sits beyond that.

*Carpet burned away.* You write on the door leading into the bedroom before reaching in and flicking on the switch. Thankfully, the overhanging light seems to have been spared whatever ate the rest of the room.
You take a look around the room from the safety of the doorway as now you can easily see that the holes in the floor have done far more shaping than you thought. It is probably not safe to walk on and is going to cost you a fortune to fix if you're not evicted as soon as the landlord finds out.
At the very far end of the bedroom is the broken window, underneath it the broken glass and to the side of that an alarm clock blinking 1:45 a.m. over and over again. You take note of the little else in the room and write another post-it and stick it up next to the other one. *Window broken, glass and alarm clock on far side of floor, severed right arm partially visible-fallen in hole, lower left corner.*

You find nothing of interest to write about the lounge just opting to leave a post-it saying *Untouched* on the Tv.

There is a knock on the door. The controllers are obviously here now. You step across the lounge to the door opening it to see two men dressed in light blue jackets emblazoned with the emblem of the Massachusetts state police.

Both men are approximately the same height, the one of the right being slightly taller and with brown hair instead of blonde.

The blonde one speaks first, "Good evening, we were told that you called 911 but did not leave a reason why; what seems to be the problem?"

What do you do now?

You motion for them to follow you opening the door fully for convience as you step away. The two cops look at each for a second before following you until you pause in front of the bartop and point to the sticky note that rests on it.

The brown-haired cop picks up the post-it and reads its before looking up at you. Without looking away, he hands the note to his partner who also reads it and sighs.

"Is it alright if I try to check your pulse, sir? It might be that you weren't touching the right area to feel it."

You nod hesitantly and he steps forward. As his hand reaches towards your neck, you begin to feel pleasure in oblivion; the stuff behind your skin starts to roil and you can feel it almost ramming against your skin as he gets closer.

As the cop's fingers touch your neck, you feel the alien sensation that fills my mind grow and the not-flesh beneath your skin pushes harder and harder against its prison. It feels almost impossible to stop it; it is an unknown force of nature, an eldritich hurricane, unstoppable and hungry. By yourself, you cannot stop it.
But both of us halt it, if only for a second, just long enough so that the cop has time enough to leap away from us screaming as he feels his finger begin to dissolve.

He will lose the hand but he will survive. His screams will haunt me though; I do not know whether such things scar you.

I guess I'll answer both of these together; not that I have much of an idea what's going on either. Um, ok, there's three of us in here that much I know: me aka Alex the guy whose body this is, you whatever or whoever you are, and PiO.
PiO stands for pleasure in oblivion if you can't figure that out. He's the not-flesh that is crawling around under my skin at the moment and he isn't human unlike me. He doesn't make sense and I'm not talking about speaking gibberish here or another language; I'm saying that he doesn't think human unlike you and me. I can make out some things he thinks but its like using Babelfish there's not much meaning left afterwards.
As for whatever the hell you are; you feel human...ish. So I guess I'll trust you especially since you tilted the control of this body in my direction.

>>107217
>>107227

You feel the not-flesh convulse inside of you stroking the nerves inside your very skin. It feels like pure molten steel is flowing in your veins but it almost feels like it will never stop. Pure bliss comes next as you feel suddenly the wetness of saliva, the rigidity of teeth with a soft tongue, air flowing down never-used airways.

You enter the world again to see that the blonde (Ash-blonde, Alex informs you) is gone and the brown mahogany-brown haired policeman pointing a gun and shouting at you to get down on the ground.

What should we do partner? I don't really want to hurt anyone but I don't want to go to jail either.

then comes the hard part. place the handcuffs. or he will need to.

You slowly lower yourself to the ground telling him as you do so that there is something desperately wrong with you and you need to go to the hospital.

"Yeah, ok we'll stop by the hospital," he says as he pulls a set of cuffs and roughly puts them on you a second later, "but after that you're going into a cell." He gestures for you to start walking so that he'll be behind you.

Stepping out into the corridor, you see peeking out of doorways the various faces of your neighbors, children and adults; some look curious (mostly the children), some look confused, most look pissed off after having been woken up in the middle of the night.

The hallway stretches to your left and right. At the end of left part of the hallway is a hallway, to the right the emergency stairwell. The officer tells you to head for the elevator.
