Take me out, to the Black.
Tell them I ain't coming back.
Burn the land and boil the Sea,
You can't take the sky from me.

Well, we're not the voices of insanity, per se.
We're the voices of a thousand people with too much time on their hands.
We've dealt with people of various species of fantasy and future, humans, elves, dwarves, slimes, dragons, raptorwolfsharks, kobolds, to name a few.

Still not the worst thing to happen.

It's the wood paneling. The paint is wearing a little, I think. My place (or rather my parent's...just getting out into the world myself) is a bit on the old and used side. Might just be dirt.

(OOC: I was trying to make the walls more interesting then just blank, and I didn't feel like textured out full wood or brick or whatever.)

You know what cures hangovers. Not getting sober. But as you already missed that step let's get some greasy food and some beer to go with it.

Now while you're setting up breakfest tell us about yourself. Where are you, what are you doing there, have any significant others in your life and any family?

Well, I want to explore the world, maybe extend the map a little. It's that, or become a bard. I do enjoy a good audience, and free booze.

And I WOULD have stayed boozed up, but I passed out!

Well, I'm 19, and my current plans are to get a friend or two, an airship, and go looking about.
>>
No. 127250 ID: 8ecfd4

Excellent. But you know, being a bard doesn't rule out exploring the world. You must also learn the art of getting just the right amount of drunk. If you overdo it then you pass out or vomit, but if you can keep it at just the right level everything should be fine.

Well let's get this show on the road. Eat up your breakfast and lets hit the town. We have an airship to commander and friends to kidnap!

>*few minutes later*

Ahh, steak and eggs. Now to go do what I was gonna do today. My options are as follows:

1. Pick up supplies to go out of the city for a few weeks.

2. Buy myself an airship

3. Get myself a crew. Hopefully people I can trust.

Hmmm, crew first. Then we check out an airship. Go get supplies and then steal the airship! We shall become a bardic buccanear of the skies. Young men shall dream about you setting your eyes on them and young women shall dream about being you! And all of your crimes shall be forgiven because of the awesome discoveries you uncover as well as your awesome music that turns even the most hardened heart.

HEhe. I like that Idea. Lets kidnap...er, recruit my friends first then.

But, where should I look first? It's almost noon, and they could either be at the Dock, the Bar, or the Market.
>>
No. 127292 ID: 8ecfd4

>>127287
Hmm it's still early so they're probably not yet drunk enough to go off on halfcocked schemes. Let's hit the dock first and find some people with aeronautical experience. Then we hit the bars to find your wayward friends. And drink a bit.

Check the market, it's probably too early for them to be sufficiently drunk. If you have friends who get wasted before noon however, then more power to ya.

Check the market first, you can get anything there.

Fine lets get supplies first. Most important of all natrually being barrels of booze, preferably rum. Whatever kind of ship you intend to run needs lots and lots of booze. Oh and get some food, and some saurkraut. You don't want scurvy on your ship.

Oh hey there Voices...sorry about the sudden absence...some pick pocket stole a crystal from me. Apparently, you guys went silent until I got it back. I'm guessing you'll get Visuals back sooner or later, but now that I know you're back, I gotta update you. Ordered some fruits and jerky, cause those should last a while...or at least it'll be ballast in the case of the fruit. Didn't get any cigars...I hate smoking. I'm really more a booze girl. I can certainly drink like my dad.

I take it you have a way to convienently carry all your stuff? Because lugging around an awkward sac isn't going to help if you need to get somewhere fast.

If we have everything to set out, let's check out the docks!
>>
No. 161060 ID: afefc4

>>161051
Of course I do. I've asked that my orders be shipped to the docks in a couple of hours, giving me time to browse ships and gather my minionsIMEANCREW
>>
No. 161061 ID: 572631

Woah, we have our own ship already? I was under the assumption that we would still need to, ah, acquire one.

Wouldn't whoever is onboard be part of your crew once you set sail, by default? Then again, I guess locating some core crewmembers first would make the most sense. I assume we will want a navigator, a helmsman, and probably a cook?
>>
No. 161062 ID: 1ac39d

well since it's an air-ship i would think a repair guy to fix stuff would be good. a navigator is nice. a guy good with cannons.

Likely to be any boarding actions in our future? We'll need a ruffian or two to handle the hand to hand fighting. Actually, that'll be good to, for when we travel off the ship. Need some muscle, you know?
>>
No. 161563 ID: afefc4

>>161093
Nonono, that's why it's being delivered in a couple of hours, enough time to get a crew and a ship, and it's to the docks, meaning a shorter haul onto the airship.

And yeah, we'll be grabbing some close friends and some...acquaintances
