There's just clothes in here. You stuffed your dirty clothing in there last night. You should probably take that with you, wash it, and put it somewhere else.

Do you find clothing throughout the place, or do you only ever have these sets? If it's all you got, maybe we should hold off washing them for right now so you don't carry around a ball of wet clothing all day?

Other than that, try the ladder and let's stumble into someplace you don't know so well?
