blood... you are ether going to fight your way out of the house, or die. i doubt she will be able to stop at just the right time to leave you broken but not dead.
i recommend fighting.

Let her come in to get you, then shove her or kick her to try to get her on the ground, then beat the living hell out of her. Aim for the face. Her eye.

You still have the crowbar. You shouldn't allow yourself to get hurt but I think its best not to hurt her too. Best to just disarm her if possible
