I'm sorry if you feel as if your role seems useless. Worry not, your input isn't for nothing. And as being a telephone, once the heroes meet, exchanging information to and from each hero will not be necessary.

Imagine an infant, taking its first steps. The infant would need guidance, but after a while, they can do it on their own. You see, Amarill... [i]cheated [i/]in a sense. By guiding Inez, she has a grip on her powers. This will aid indefinitely in quickly meeting the other heroes. Ruby, on the other hand, is right now experiencing a surge in her powers. There is no avoiding the fact that she is the most powerful of all of them, but in the sense that she is a jack-of-all-trades. We can discuss that later.

Yes and no. Their powers are inherited, after all. They may be able to tap into the spirits of the former guardians... that is where I got my rainbow guardian powers, after leaving Lord Monochromio.

... Very. Before I realized his goals were more nefarious than I first thought. I always knew Monochromio was a bad person, that he didn't care much for life and living beings, but he took me in and fed me when nobody else would. That is, until I met Crayola.

I'm sorry. This spy... while Ruby knows who it is, I do not know for certain. While Ruby was having a panic attack, I sensed a major surge in her power and I went personally to see if she was okay. All she would tell me is that she knew who the spy was. She adamantly refused to say whom it was. Whoever it is, I fear that if anyone besides she and I know, the heroes would grow suspicious of one another.

Once the heroes are proficiently learned in the use of their powers, they will all group as one unit. Right now, they are in small sections based on location.
Ruby, Yolanda, and Inez
Bailey, Garrett, and Vinson

Mm. Oliver needs a group. He is stranded in the UK. I'll let you all decide to whom he is sent. Furthermore, on the subject of groups, I feel the need to inform you that any command given without an indication as to whom you are speaking to, it will be given to Ruby by default. If Ruby is not within the focused group, then the next in the rainbow will be given the command.

A task easier said than done. Right now, the plan is to work our way to him. As you may have noticed, the color on Earth is spotty. We'll need to revive the centros in Estrelona before we take on Monochromio anyway. The earth is dying slowly without its color to make it vivacious. While they have a small bit of magic now, that magic is still weak in a world void of color.

In Estrelona, there are four landmasses, each with two centros, save one. After the Grand Iris was split apart after the defeat of Monochromio, a few years after taking guardianship of it, each piece was buried and a dungeon was formed over it, a centro. Each Iris Fragment is inside the dungeon. Here is where each is located.

By traveling through the Voidnet, which considering the mishap with Keyplate is not possible until the heroes reach a certain level.

Also, what's the ratio between stat points and skill points? Do the heroes get herculean versions of their powers as they get stronger, or do they obtain a wider array of abilities?

So, the objetives are:
1- Rally each group in one spot.
2- Try to teach them to not blow themselves up with their powers.
3- try to keep them safe both mentally and physically.
4- Look for any suspicious activities.

Would that be all, or am I missing something?

Also, If Monochromio decides to do a move, is there anything we should know?

More than likely. Even at the base level, they should have a grip on it.

Speeding up time. Stopping time completely. Anything the heroes can do, I have one-forth the potency.

Before you go, channel, I feel I must explain the leveling system.

At the moment, the heroes are at level 0 (except Inez at level 1). Their powers become unlocked at level intervals, as well as being able to handle travel using the Spectrawarp. For the time being, don't worry about thr LEVEL BREAK.
