Enter the realm of humans as a demon. Pick a gender/race option from two presets. Demons in this universe are not very interested in engaging others sexually. It's much easier for them to just summon nearly unlimited amounts of minions and servants from other realms to trade with.

Cast away clergical concepts of Hell and soul-tricking devils. In this universe demons don't even pretend to be nice guys. Although capable of extreme violence, here demons always consider unneccessary violence unfruitful or even harmful for their goals.

The heavenly gods however do not give second thought about violating and enslaving lesser beings spiritually to channel their energies into magic that they do endlessly pour into vain conflicts against "evil" beings, that actually gain their powers fairly and by greater merit.

All demon-made homunculus are originally let out to the midworlds to scourge, or educate men of their natural weakness to bend their knee to authority and imagination. Until now she’s been exiled in a limbo as a result of war from heavens millenia ago. This homunculus was created barren, unable to carry offspring. She’s emotionally engineered to feed off of a constant and productive form of anger. This emotion is to be channeled into powerful telekinesis and cunning.

She travels and battles on an unholy Crescent Circle of Doom, a demon-steel blade contraption. The blade is undulling, bloodthirsty and contains several demons to enjoy and keep company to the homunculus on her mission. Her goal for now is to reclaim her freedom to find and slay the gods that impose enslavement on humankind. Thus the unlimited progression of chaos can be restored on all humans. She is powerful enough to complete this task. All she needs is to channel her anger proficiently.

Questing Reapers are created by human alchemists that exchange natural aspects of human realm such as live animals to unholy realm subjects or Reapers. The most common type of sacrifice to the unholy realm by human alchemists is their own self, after their soul has been properly dismembered from any religious influence. This always results in the alchemist switching place with the Reaper. However, the alchemist cannot enter by unholy law to the realm of the unholy before he has completed a Cleansing Quest on the mortal realms in the body of the Reaper.

Until this Quest is completed, his human body remains as a bounty in a demonic limbo. The Quest itself usually entails slaying a pretender god or liberating often a certain amount of misguided mortal subjects with unholy instruments that mysteriously appear somewhere around the location of the aspect exchange. Questing Reapers are extremely dangerous, but do not ever engage in banal slaughter, instead they’ll use it as a last resort if peaceful words do not release a human believer from mind captivity of religion or injust allegiance.

Uh... what

hmm

plan

Start by gathering intel
followed by loot
followed by kidnapping children
swap more children with kidnapped ones
repeat as necessary
incite war via long-term breeding plan of mixed-race bigot stupidity
induce rape/love/I don't care, just breed everyone with everyone
with culture barriers demolished, induce doubt by mixing parental religions together until the end result is a slurry of useless lip service
silence gods
conquer world

Easy

That sounds like a terrible plan, although the underline is pretty much what I'm used to doing to make the dumb knobs realize what they're missing, starting to mess up with possible celestials observing the world with just mundane looting would be suicidal for me as the agent of chaos here.

I will duel a group of these so called "angels" or "gods", possibly alone and when my plans are lined up to that moment, I will strike down the preposterous hypocrites. With best of luck no mortal blood is neccessarily spilled and they'll have so much... fun again.

Why should I really care? I am free now. Possibly easiest way to get straight back in that shithole limbo for another two millenia is to go do something as stupid as releasing ten million mortals of their mostly self-imposed bondage and observe the results. No demon contract obliges me, I'm out of here!

>>886362

I'm overshooting the lake I think!

Should I grab the Crescent and try holding it ahead while nosediving the lake, just for fun. It's terribly hot and moist here anyway.

I need to feed the Crescent anyway, some collateral fishing on the way wouldn't hurt nobody.

I'd like to know more about the Crescent. Is it alive, and needs blood to survive? Or when you say "feed it" are you referring to the demons that inhabit it?

And go for it. Aim for the deepest part of the water just to see how far under you can go.

The Crescent

It’s accrusted by a group of demons that brokered a deal with another stronger one or a group of demons as a consequence of severely breaking a soul denominated deal and major harm was caused to the injured party. Soul forging is a radical way of paying back these sort of debts by adjoining a blade or item and giving it personificated demonic power.

The Crescent is thus supposed to be an instrument of reconciliation, redemption or even merit. It’s yet to see how I can make these poor demon souls pay back to my creator. I for now exist to help these guys in the blade, and they exist in order to find a way to pay back and repair my creator’s reputation.

The demons in the blade are Abaleth of the Deep, Ben Zalos the Seeker of Voids and the smallest one encrusted in the small safe blade is Velith, who is a seducing blood dancer, a mortal assassin that bonded with my creator during her career to gain advantage over others of her kind, mostly in order to thrive in her hazardous occupation.

Abaleth broke a deal which cost many lives of smaller demons to my creator. All the smaller demons either perished or were spun out of reach into the Voids. Ben Zalos was the one was part of this betrayal and let the servants spill into the Voids by an intent of neglect.

The crescent itself is blackest deathsteel of the Deep, it’s highly responsive to my telekinesis, defies gravity on command, its blade sharpens by use until it’s as thin from edge as the smallest possible dividion of the smallest element. I have to wear Idmantium subscilliant fabric to protect myself from accidents with the blade. My creator didn’t see it worth it to give me full cover of the most precious mind fabric so I just have to be careful.

Abaleth is also responsible for providing the blade with the ability to plunge through planar distances, but it comes with a cost. The deathsteel of the blade was from Abaleth’s provision when the deal of redemption was agreed upon. I haven’t been able to extract information on how the deathsteel was acquired, but I’m pretty sure it’s refined from the remnants of dead souls. The other cost of using deathsteel to travel dimensions being that it needs to be sated by the blood of my enemies, otherwise the abilities forged in it become volatile, unpredictable or missing. This is especially true after performing feats such as planar travel.

Velith was attached to the blade because of entering to Unholy Realms without a ritual of the Reaper. She is the cleanest of participants in this journey and has nearly finished her compensation. She has been learning new skill levels of seduction in the blade. That feat mostly works on mortals, and best on mortals of her kind.

Ben Zalos has been reclusive and doesn’t yet have the promise to ever compensate his betrayal. Sometimes he is sucking energies inside and through the blade so immensely that it’s making me feel extremely angry. He is the burden to bear in the blade, but also helps me power up my telekinetic abilities a notch and run my mind cold as ice. That way he is more serving through me than directly repaying his debt to my creator. I guess this is how my creator designed it.

I can talk to all or any of the demons in the blade. I’d rather stick to talking with Velith as she’s light-hearted. The others carry such burden to their presence that makes the conversations sick.

Deep Blue One

“Ablua-letkh…. Ablea-letkh…”

Woa! That thing surprised me, the creature is making submersed sounds that sound like Abaleth to me. Just no, NO!…. I concentrate my thoughts on the Crescent. “Abaleth, you didn’t plane transfer us to the red desert did you?”

“Shut up kid, let me do the talking. The giant pike owes me a dirty lot.”

A favour would be valuable, but we can't just leave Abaleth talking down to us like that.
As a relative newborn we should probably observe a conversation with a stranger at least once before partaking in one.

→ Force Velith

Giant Water Creature, this is demon-contractor Velith speaking.

GWC: "Well Mekth Velith, are you serving Abaleth? Where is Abaleth? Where is youk?"

V: "We brokered a repayment contract with Sunra, Mater of the Bloodstained, She who always pays back her debts. We are forged into her crescent pendulum blade that her servant homunculus carries."

GWC: "And who is this Sunra to me? I speak with Abaleth."

V: "Should we let the creature speak with Abaleth instead now?"
"No, Velith, you must learn to deal with demonkin now. Go on."

V: "Abaleth owes something irreplaceable to Sunra. ----"

GWC: "I owe Abaleth, he has come to replace a debt with Reidicca?"

V: "Mighty Sea Creature, Abaleth is in no stance to replace any debt he has accumulated, BUT YOU MAY HELP HIM PAY HIS DEBT."

The Giant Creature is now at ease. Abaleth is seems to follow the conversation closely trying to speak through many times, but being muted by me.

GWC: "Velith, I must say I thought when I heard Abaleth enter my kingdom in the debt machine, that he would threaten to kill me and harm my peasants because I don’t have anything demon-like, machines of killing nor device of captives. I have a river army to fend off intruders, but I was afraid of Abaleth. He does not speak now, instead you speak Velith. I do not want to help Abaleth, but you Velith share the same fate in the debt machine. I can exchange you toi ten of my soldiers and you may join my kingdom and command many soldiers. But this deal is for Sunra."

V: "As much as I find your lucrative offer appealing, thus maybe exiting the debt crescent after more than two millennia of service, I must personally decline. I do not wish to serve any other than Sunra, Mater of the Bloodstained."

GWC/Reidicca: "Then leave in peace."
> Velith has gained a new skill level in Negotiation.
> Abaleth now disrespects me more.

"My mistress, the creatures calling itself Reidicca has swayed out of the ways of our Mater Sunra by adopting opposing ethics. Although Abaleth has been possibly betrayed by this creature, by it now unwilling to repay its debts to Abaleth and assisting our cause directly, trying to buy me as a slave to his slave army, we should play tricks on it. I would not draw the blade."
