Seriously though, you can trust her. She is a bit ruthless, but not evil. This whole building was a research facility to make supersoldiers that would be guards for his twisted torture show called The Game. You're the most advanced prototype. When Wan started busting the place up, the leader, your 'father', killed himself rather than let Wan kill him in what would likely have been a painful way. He also set the Guards to kill Wan, possibly knowing that they would try to kill all the prototypes as well since you've got similar genetic structure.
