Inevitable to avoid clutter.

Also candy.

Man, how many different settings have you made so far Weaver?
>>
No. 16404 ID: cef587

DiveQuest's world, Andellousia's world (which I intend to play fast and loose with), and the world of Atophane's Tales.
So... three?
>>
No. 16406 ID: 0b2a05

Act? Metal glen?
>>
No. 16407 ID: cef587

>>326206
Metal Glen isn't really a setting in the same way, there's no world built around it. It's just a confined, specific place.

ACT and Atophane's Tales take place in the same universe and canon.

I'm of the opinion that Nan and Ruby share a world.

What if Ruby and Nan share the same world, but they're developed in different timelines? Like... YEARS of difference?
>>
No. 16521 ID: 0f9dad

It's certainly seeming that way.

>>326320
Also possible.

It could be also possible that they're just related in art style and nothing else.

Nan is obviously part of DiveQuest's world. She lit Muschio's candles all night long.

AHA! So that tram at the end didn't lead anywhere after all.
>>

It could've led somewhere. But we don't know if they're even from the same "universe"

Also: We're suppose to discuss Andellousia here!!

That would be Ridder's candles Nancestor lit. Young Muschio would've been thinken bout "dat Ritari" in those days.

Anyhow... to post more on topic let us consider this. Once we even find this lost city what exactly are we going to do with it? I mean just because we find a place doesn't mean we've saved it. Presumably we are going to need to become some kind of leader eventually and start a resettlement movement?

Plus that means we can't save a city by ourselves. We MIGHT need more manpower...

ANYWAYS!
Should we pay the 170 gold coins to that nice lady or not?
>>
No. 16743 ID: 2fa60a

>>326542
If by "nice lady" you mean Ritari, then yes. If you mean that greedy "nice lady", then... Well, then it would be important to consider how easy it would be to recover funds through work or some crazy adventurin' tricks.

I've really been meaning to update this lately but stuff keeps coming up in real life and before I know it it's 2 AM.

So for a little content I decided I'd start posting some character sketches. Most of the characters in Andellousia are based on doodles I do when I'm bored. I just sit down and fill a whole bunch out, and pick from them later when I need new characters.

Here, of course, is our hero Kafiq.

It looks like going from 8-bit gif to 24-bit png to what the fuck are you thinking jpg. shh don't tell anyone but if it's a weaver image it should be 8-bit png/gif it's a secret so KEEP IT ON THE LOW

Kafiq is going to run out of candy and he will regret not buying 500 pounds of it along with 20 beasts of burden.
>>
No. 17250 ID: 8bdb6a

Sai Painter doesn't let me pick the bit depth of .png exports, and I'm too lazy and poor to use a different one.

Also, I'd have backed you up on the candy thing if he had more than a handful of golds. Just munching on candy every single update. Hiking along? Eating candy. Exploring a dungeon? Eating candy. Running from a monster? Eating candy, more candy falling out of his bag because he's running, monster eating the candy he's dropping, etc.

If we're all in a necromancy-ing mood, what with a year-old mudy quest discussion thread popping up again...

...I miss this quest. It was lighthearted, the characters were adorable, and I had good feelings about where it was headed.
is Andellousia dead? or just on long-term hiatus?
>>
No. 25862 ID: 3416ec

>>335661

If I had to guess, it would probably be on hiatus until Weaver either finishes Dive Quest and Nan Quest, or until he feels like bringing it back.

I liked Andellousia, but I have enough other projects on my plate as it is. Plus, every neat scenario I thought up for Andellousia, I realized I could use in another setting anyway. If not for Dive, then for Atophane's Tales or ACT-related set pieces.

I wanted to cancel it outright but so many people asked me not to I just put it on hiatus instead. Maybe it will be back, someday.
