Hey guy! You there. Yesh you. I gotsh smethin to tell yoush.
Hurts... It hurts... So cold...
...... Awaken. I tire of this endless wait. And you shall entertain. To that end, I Awaken you, Yorick. I give you intellect beyond a mere skeleton. There may be... issues, but... That's part of the fun. . . . . . You are in the MARBLE CORRIDOR. There are OTHER MONSTERS here, namely, AXE ARMORS and OTHER SKELLIES. They stand around and wait. I can see why big D is bored. After all, everything here is dead, stupid, or bloodthirsty. Nothing smart to talk to except Master, who is asleep. Between Belmonts. You'd sigh if you had lungs. Speaking of which, your current inventory is... BONES. A LOT OF BONES. My name's Yorick. I'm a skeleton in Castlevania. And I'm bored out of my hypothetical mind.
In a room, a man sits. Waits. He doesn't know what he's waiting for. He just knows that he's there, waiting for something. There are others there too. Sometimes the others fight. He doesn't like it when they fight. When they fight, the push, they shove, they attack, they wave their arms frantically and scream at each other. Nobody can understand anyone else. They all speak different forms of gibberish. But he never fights with them. He sits in his corner, curled in a ball. Not wanting to get hurt. Not wanting to hurt anyone. Eventually, they all stop squabbling, and come to a peace of some sort. It happens every time. This is his favorite thing in the world to see, to try and be a part of. It makes him happy when they stop fighting. He gets up and walks around, excitedly waving his arms like everyone else, squawking in his own breed of gibberish. None of the others understand him, though. This makes him terribly sad. Now, he just sits in his corner all the time, waiting. He doesn't know what he's waiting for. He just knows that it is now coming for all of them. Soon.
FUCKING FINALLY! My citadel is complete. Now, about half of it isn't worth you folks being bothered by, but I think you'll like what I've done with the place. I was a little worried when you failed to respond a few times. But it's good to have you all back, and it's good to be back! Before I start the tour, is there anything you want to know?
???: "Wake." That voice. That's the... thing I heard on the radio earlier. But, now it's much more clear. Where am I? And what the hell is going on?
A) Modern Day Urban Conflict B) World War Two C) Science Fiction "Get the hell off my land" D) Wild West E) Zombie apocolypse Pick your poison, /quest/
Fürchte den Mann, der dem Tod mutig ins Antlitz blickt.
You would not like it here.
You are falling from the sky. This would not have been too unpleasant if you were doing it under your own control. You were riding your Steam Speeder to the University Node when you saw your long-time friend, Silve riding alongside you. You were not sure what actually happened, but you heard a loud ripping noise, and suddenly your Steam Speeder begins to become unstable. You look back to where Silve was, but you see him flying away. He must have damaged it, but why? You can't seem to let go of your Speeder, an ironic safety precaution preventing one from falling to their doom. None of the safeties that you built on it seem to be working. The ground falls closer and closer to you. You find yourself thinking: >Perhaps I may be late for my presentation... You black out before crashing in a heap of fiery metal and steam. ((Because of my poorness in drawing pictures, This will be a fully text adventure. Feel free to draw what you think the characters look like though.))
((I'm gonna give this a shot. I just got my tablet a couple days ago, so I'm still pretty bad/slow with it.)) >Let's ....... oject is ..... nday, I ... to fin... the bibliography ... fix the conclusion and redo my fourth- >Ow, what was that?! "Oh you've gotta be kidding me! New fucking shoes and I get a glass shard in them. Damn junkyard shortcut, why'd I even come here?"
You are one currently one Cell. You mission is to form a Body.
A dream. -lance back at the oncoming tide of darkness. I could make out shapes - eyes, fangs, claws, reaching out for me. We continued to make our way through the endless corridors as fast as we could. Someone tripped, I learned later that it was the mother, Laya, and was consumed by the horde. We turned a corner and found ourselves trapped - a dead end. The monsters had fallen back a bit, but they still came, just at a slower pace. They knew they had us. They remained around the corner - for now - but their monstrous shadows were clearly visible on the walls. We moved as close to the end as we could, searching for any way through, but to no avail. Some of the survivors panicked, but not Gairen. He simply clicked his tongue, as if simply irritated that some minor problem failed to resove itself, instead of fearing for his life. He turned to me - "Here, take her." - and handed me the girl hanging limp in his arms. Then he turned around, and began to walk calmly towards the daemons. I was dumbfounded. "What do you think you're doing - You'll be killed!" He didn't look back as he replied, just kept on walking, "You be careful with her," he warned me, "If even one hair on her head is out of place when I come back, I'm taking it out of your hide." I opened my mouth to try to make him see reason - the boy couldn't be older than twenty-five, barely out of school, and those thin arms looked like they had no muscle on them whatsoever - the first daemon rounded the corner. And Gairen MOVED. It was insane, one instant he was here and the next a green-and-black blur and finally he was on the daemon. His first strike was overwhelmingly lethal - a vicious punch with his bare fist. I could feel the impact at the other end of the corridor, felt like I had been slapped. The daemon burst into flames, practically exploded, and then more came into sight and Gairen struc Message too long. Click here to view the full text.
You look outside your window to see the moon shining brighter then it ever has before, the light nearly blinds you. You look back into your room to only see you desk, computer, and clock. It seems you have been ransacked. You have a pen, a lighter, a coupon, and a cube of wood.

You are a small Virii cluster, currently about to erupt from a red blood cell. You realize that, at this time, you are free to decide how you might possibly grow and mutate, grow stronger and change. You have 5 E-points. Increase reproduction (more cells created, +30. Current number: 20) Increase reproduction (less time required.) Increase resistance (Currently, no resistances. Choose one: Body defenses (0/3) Other virii (0/3) ???, ??? (unknown threats))) Add/remove symptoms (Current: slightly sore joints) Exterior survivability (Allows you to live longer on surfaces/inside liquids/in the air. Respectively requiring 1/2/3 points to increase, due to lack of or abundance of food.) Transference (this affects the number of virii needed to infect a new host. >Now, let's see how the pieces fall~
> Hello? Does this thing work or did I waste the money?

The little kobold seems awfully pleased with itself.
"I always considered myself the most evil being on the planet. A monster from the darkest depths of hell itself. The most foul sock in the most evil locker room. I always considered myself the pure embodiment of all things evil. That was what I thought, up until I found something even more sinister then I. I found..."
The last thing we remember is our anger...what at is obviously lost to time. The last five years have been an unending echo of fractured memories: some our own (much as they are), one HIS, the screams of irrelevant others. Its been a long time for our infinite selves to lie silent. "Hello?" A new voice always cuts through the madness of isolation so easily. "Um, my name is Alexander Lorraine; I'm a templar-in-training, and today is the most important day of my life. My brother... he told me I would need you one day and this is it. Will you help me?" 'Thol's grace, this is stupid; an orb can't talk.' It seems he doubts us, so how do introduce our disembodied selves?
As with Operator quest, I have no artistic talent, no tablet pc, hell this computer fails so hard I don't even have paint. So I must warn you now. This quest will be primarily text based unless someone is willing to collaborate with me via the TGchan IRC where my handle is SupernovaStain or at the provided email address. But I digress, let the session begin.
You're in you Devil May Cry shop office slacking around, reading your favourite mag (two handwed guns) and occasionally peeking at Trish ass, when you phone suddendly ring!
"My name is Jay, I am the fourth son of Creed, god of peace and order. My job, along with my brothers and sisters, is to maintain the natural order of the world. From maintaining the life of a single species, to deterring the influence of outside forces. Recently, something has happened that has destroyed the natural order and is sending things out of balance. There have been only a few incidents as of yet, but they will come soon. It is only a matter of time before the war of light and dark destroys the entire world."
-llo? Is anyone there? Hello? Are there any disembodies voices in my head? Can you hear me? I hope that the spell didn't go awry...
I'm in. The target appears to be asleep.
>>ACT II - The Jabberwocky Alex wakes up in the morning with a weight on his chest. Upon opening his eyes, he sees that it is Tessa, laying on top of him and stroking his chest tenderly. >>"Are you awake yet~?" She purrs. Lily is still asleep.
Yeah let's kick this off with one of the more open-ended sort of Quests... this is supposed to be a Superhero-Quest, but if you want, we can also make it a Viallain or an Anti-Hero...
This is You. You are a perfectly normal person. You have just come across an odd hatch in the ground. Whatever will you do now?
You awake suddenly.
Ugh. Your head is pounding with an intense, dull pain as you start to finally come around. (also, don't pay attention to filenames much. Numerical order is for fags.)
The Squid is speeding to the secret spot to catch a sick wave! His quest is to be the totally sweetest sicknasty boarder ever!
"Why... hello there, little creature. What... What exactly are you?" > Human > Dwarf > Elf > Hobbit
Suddenly, you wake up in your room, drool running down your cheek. You vaguely remember the party...something about shit and piss on the carpet...whatever. You can almost hear Reaver's odd laugh. It is currently Thursday, one day before PrudyQuest is supposed to update... What do you wish to do?
CASTQUEST CAST AT THE START OF CHAPTER 1
Tossing this up here seeing as /tg/ didn't seem too keen on it. Welcome to a brand new CHOOSE YER OWN ADVENTURE game, /tg/. Let's get it rolling, hm? The lights in the building flicker slightly as your plated boots crunches against the ground, sinking a few centimeters into the weak rockcrete. You are Brother-Chaplain Zaphaqiel of the Black Templars, and have been charged with leading a group of Sword Brethren in the purging of a heretical cult to prepare a planet for it's return to the embrace of the God-Emperor. You are currently equipped with: -Bolt Pistol -Crozius Arcanum -Rosarius -Power Armor -Close-Combat weapon You are currently in a relatively narrow hallway, allowing you and one of the nine Sword Brethren that you have been deployed with to stand shoulder to shoulder. The hallway is lined with doors, and is about forty feet long. At the end of the hallway is a set of massive ceramite doors, marked with strange runes. The only sounds are those of a constant, reverberating chanting that fills the entire building, the sound of you and the Sword Brethren breathing, and the flickering of the lights. There are four doors on your left, and four doors on your right. They are marked as follows: AR1, AR2, AR3, AR4. AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4. The entrance is behind you. You and one of the Sword Brethren are currently in the hallway, the other eight are outside. What do you do?
Shortest Quest ever, beginning in 3... 2... 1...
Render Quest will be coming in a few weeks. I'm not very good at this 3D stuff yet, but I think I can keep it simple enough to run a quest with reasonable success. I'll need to prepare a few things ahead of time, such as areas, maybe a few items, the protagonist, etcetera. Some of these things will require things I don't know, and must learn to even attempt this. This is also going to be a learning experience for me. While you wait, here is a cube. Where it all begins.
Alright everyone. I currently have a game of Zork booted up. Lets play. West of House You are standing in an open field west of a white house with a boarded front door. There is a small mailbox here.
This doesn't look good, excuse the pun. They appear to be coming closer...
You stop surfing tgchan and decide that if you don't get some art done, you're just going to feel bad for being so lazy. Luckily your favourite mechanical pencil is always close by.
Let's do this.
Doot doo doo doooooo.
You awake only to find yourself a small mouse pointer. What do you do?
